Refund & Exchange

Returns or exchanges are not accepted. All sales become final upon completion of a purchase. Our products being unique and printed to order, cannot be refunded. Additionally, once an order has entered the production stage, the details of the order cannot be altered.

While our general policy is that all sales are final, we understand that certain exceptional circumstances may arise. Exceptions to this policy may include:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will require proof of the defect or damage (such as photographs) and may offer a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please notify our customer service team within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.

If you need to report a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at info@unusual525.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photographs). Our team will review your case and respond promptly.
